Worship

I just put on one of my favorite worship CD’s. I have many. I just can’t get enough good worship music. I live to worship God.

Everyone has a different style of worship. Some of you worship God very quietly, while others are very verbal. Sometimes I cannot contain myself and I just have to shout. Other times His presence is so strong, I just stand, sit, or kneel before Him in awe.

My favorite woman in the Bible as a worshipper was Mary. Please open your Bible and read John 12:1-7. What did God show you in these passages?

Mary loved Jesus with her whole heart. Mary did not care what the men thought as she walked in that room. Mary gave all that she had. She gave her Alabaster box. Mary knew what Jesus had done for her.

Today as I write this God is reminding me of all He has saved me from. I cannot imagine where I would be today. I definitely would not be writing about worship. If he never does another thing in our lives but saves us from that awful pit of Hell, we should be shouting daily and telling everyone we know about Him.

Please take a minute and let God remind you of what He has saved you from.

Tonight we are coming together to worship God for all that He has done these past four weeks and thank Him in advance for what He is still going to accomplish in our lives.

My heart is ready to worship God and worship with all of you ladies. Come expecting God to do great things. Keep your heart and mind in Him today.
