The long awaited recipe
I've been absent again this week, but I am saying sorry with my Pineapple Pretzel Salad recipe. It has been asked for by many people, so here ya go! Go forth and make this salad. It really is awesome and I promise you will love it!!!
Pineapple Pretzel Salad
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Mix together crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup of sugar, and melted margarine. Spread on lined cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and then set aside to cool completely. With electric mixer, mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and cool whip. Once combined, fold in drained pineapple. When pretzels are completely cooled, break apart and put in ziploc bag. Stir pretzels into the rest of the salad just before serving. Enjoy!!! :)
